"There is a reason why I keep coming back to Cosy barn I simply love everything about it. I honestly can’t fault it . Location is perfect the barn itself is spotlessly clean , comfortable and as the title says cosy. Riki and her husband are great hosts . Look forward to returning here next year . "

The Chalet is well equipped with pretty much everything you need and a nice starter pack with tea and coffee making supplies - the owner has gone above and beyond to ensure nothing is needed. "Communication with house had been great, the welcome gift went down very well. With 7 adults and 3 kids all under 5 the house was amazing for us. The secure area and sll the childrens toys kept them entertained before and after heading out. Beach was 10 min walk away and local shop's both in Croyde and slso on the local holiday park are good for that forgotten items but Tesco delivery to the address was wonderful. "The cottage was warm, welcoming and homely. The kitchen was well equipped with good cooking facilities. The water was hot, the shower powerful and the beds comfy. The living area was also very comfortable. The secure garden was perfect for our dog and the side garden gave beautiful views over the coast and Lundy Island.
