We had to leave our first room because of the loud banging and yelling from the room above us. The second room we saw four cockroaches and decided to leave. The young man behind the desk was very polite and helpful. He said we would be refunded.

The presentation of the hotel is more or less third world with limited to no amenities, outdated and dilapidated construction and abysmal cleanliness. We chose not to use the shower due to it being obviously unclean with a large amount of hair, mildew and filth in the tub and shower. The room itself looked as if it had not been cleaned for weeks with dirt caked baseboards, gum and stains on the floor. Would highly discourage anyone from booking here until they renovated and clean the entire place

I overall had a wonderful stay here. I felt very much welcomed here and it was clean. I only had issue with no hot water but they were quick to send a plumber to fix the problem. Great job
