The cozy and modern 57 sqm apartment was renovated in February 2015 and is cut sunny and bright. It is located right in downtown. The entire apartment has a charming wooden beamed ceiling and laminate flooring. Coming off the entrance hall you will find the living room, kitchen, two bedrooms with large box spring and a brightly tiled bathroom.
The living room has a large corner sofa and a dining table with four chairs. A separate kitchen entrance is from the living room.

The equipment includes a fully equipped kitchen, a TV with digital cable channels, a music system with CD player, free Wi-Fi, washing machine, hair dryer, iron, ironing board and clothes horse.

Great location
We stayed here for 4 nights while visiting my daughter, who is studying at the local university. The location was ideal. We were able to walk the entire city and to restaurants and stores. Taxis and buses are available less than 5 minutes from the house. Would stay again! Thank you!

Es war eine große Enttäuschung
Die Wohnung wurde ohne Liebe eingerichtet. OK, das mag wahr sein, aber... Die Rückenlehne des Sofas ist abgebrochen, zwei Esszimmerstühle sind gefährlich zum Sitzen. Sie fallen auseinander, wenn man nicht aufpasst. Die Wohnung war bei unserer Ankunft nicht beheizt. Usw. usw... Einmal für uns, aber nie wieder. Vor allem der Lärm aus dem Restaurant war der Tropfen, der das Fass zum Überlaufen brachte. Eine private Party, die ohne Vorankündigung bis Mitternacht dauerte.

Es war sehr schön, super zentral, die Wohnung gemütlich, alles drin, Spiele, Fernseher, kostenloses WLAN. von Kaffeemaschine über Senseo, Kühlschrank sogar mit TK Fach, das einzig ungünstige: das Badezimmer ohne Fenster, Wir haben uns sehr wohl gefühlt. Wir kommen bestimmt wieder!

Gemütliche Wohnung in toller Lage
Die Ferienwohnung bietet ausreichend Platz für 4 Erwachsene, die Wohnung ist gemütlich eingerichtet, sehr gut ausgestattet, die Betten sind bequem und im Wohnzimmer kann man gut zusammen sitzen. Die Lage der Wohnung ist ideal, um Lüneburg zu Fuß zu erkunden (direkt in der Innenstadt, Bäcker in weniger als 5min, großer Supermarkt in 5min, SaLü in 10min). Die An- und Abreise waren unkompliziert und die Kommunikation mit der Vermieterin sehr nett.

Besser geht's nicht
Es war ein toller Kurzurlaub in zentraler Altstadt-Lage mit einer superschönen Unterkunft. Dazu noch ein Stellplatz. Die Wohnung ist wunderbar ausgestattet und die Gastgeber freundlich und immer gut erreichbar, falls mal was ist. Wir kommen gerne wieder, wenn es wieder Lüneburg wird.

Schön hell und freundlich und gut ausgestattet. Wir waren für 3 Übernachtungen dort; uns hat es in der Wohnung sehr gefallen. Prima der Parkplatz auf dem Hof. Der Kontakt mit der freundlichen Vermieterin lief sehr gut. Wir können die Wohnung nur weiter empfehlen:)))

Wir waren sehr begeistert von der Ferienwohnung. Sehr sauber, toll eingerichtet, alles vorhanden was man benötigt. Die Lage in der Altstadt ist hervorragend, man kann alles zu Fuß erkunden. Immer wieder gerne. Sehr zu Empfehlen!

für Paare super, Familien mit Kleinkinder eher nicht
Die Fewo hat eine super Lage und ist sehr gut erreichbar. Die Ausstattung ist ausreichend, könnte man aber verbessern. Küche und Bad sind noch nicht Renoviert, dafür ist der rest der Wohnung modern eingerichtet. Unter der Fewo ist ein Restaurant, das sollte man bedenken. Für Paare oder Familien mit älteren Kinder ist die Wohnung empfehlenswert. Familien mit kleinen Kindern, würde ich die Wohnung bedingt weiter empfehlen. Wir müssten einiges so umstellen bzw. verdecken damit wir keine Probleme mit Strom bzw Türen bekommen. Die Absaugung im Badezimmer ist so laut das empfindliche Baby Probleme bekommen könnten beim schlafen.

Tolle zentrale Lage und dennoch relativ ruhig
Die Gastgeber lernten wir leider nicht persönlich kennen, aber dennoch lief alles Reibungslos. Kontakt per WhatsApp problemlos. Die Wohnung ist super von der Lage und auch die Ausstattung ließ keine Wünsche offen. Einziges kleines Manko aus unserer Sicht, das Schlafzimmer lässt sich nicht richtig abdunkeln. Mit Kleinkind, der immer im dunkeln schläft, war dies schwierig und wir wurden kreativ. Ein einfacher Verdunkelungsvorhang würde schon Abhilfe schaffen. (Es befindet sich direkt vorm Fenster eine Laterne) Es hat uns gut gefallen und wir würden gerne wieder kommen.
