"We are were so grateful to have this option to stay at Double Check so close to family that live in Pierce for Thanksgiving. The house is very cute, nice bathrooms and lots of room to spread out. We were also able to bring our sweet 13 year old dog instead of leaving him home which was awesome. "

"The house was warm, clean, and convenient to Greeley and Windsor. The kitchen was stocked with necessities and some extras in the pantry. And they even sent people to shovel snow from the driveway when it snowed overnight. The hosts are very responsive. Highly recommend. "

"We enjoyed the property. It worked really well for our needs! It was clean and quiet. The only complaint was the front door pad was a bit challenging to work at times. Overall very happy! Will look to stay again!"

I could not of asked for a better location to stay which was a 3 minute drive to their home, and quick drive to downtown Windsor for restaurants and grocery stores.The hosts were Very gracious and quick with their response to any questions that I had. "I have family that live in Fort Collins, Greeley and Nunn. This home was in the middle of all of these places. The town nearby is cute. We enjoyed our stay. The place was clean and spacious. We would rent this home again! The owners were very pleasant and accommodating."

"Ranchers Roost was spacious, easily accomodating many people in town for a wedding. It provided a cozy place for a large gathering after the wedding festivities where everyone was at ease and comfortable. Well stocked truly meant that with coffee,Baking supplies, and paper products.
