"Cute and quaint beach house ideal for enjoying during the warm weather seasons as it is the perfect distance from the sand. Unfortunately the rain prevented us from spending much time at the beach. We chose the wrong time of year to stay somewhere like this as we didn’t get to fully enjoy the amenities like the cozy patio or nearby beach.. "

"We were two couples traveling to explore wine country with a hired driver.This place is super cute and well appointed with items needed if you were staying in and cooking meals.Kitchen chairs are an accident waiting to happen with a collapse of a chair. We are smaller adult women and were afraid to sit on them for fear of breaking them.Heat distribution of thermostat and even heat in rooms was a slight issue also."

"We've stayed 6 rentals in MV, this is our favorite! Upstairs beautiful, many windows /skylights, views all around. Sitting area full view of Mt. Tam! Separate unit; no noise from others. Spacious, smartly designed, lots conveniences. Street parking convenient alongside unit.Upstairs, spacious kitchen, all appliances. Eating area looks across street, saw several bird species. Ice maker/dispenser, wine cooler, etc. Sitting area nice couch; wish chair were larger. Skylight in stairwell...

"Everything as described and as noted by previous guests. Only "negatives" maybe that there isn't a microwave, and the bathroom sink has no room to put things on (so my wife did her makeup at the kitchen table). Otherwise it was a terrific place. Great communication with Frank. Thank you."

"My stay at Georgina's cottage was incredibly comfortable, beautiful and peaceful! The experience was possibly the best I've had while renting a temporary vacation home. It's a small space but very cozy and has all the essentials. Georgina is also the kindest host, easy to communicate with, and made me feel very well cared for during my stay. "We had two couples stay here for a week to visit wineries. Waking up and having breakfast with a beautiful view to start the day was perfection. The pictures don’t even do the property justice. The place is immaculate and everything you could possibly need is provided. Convenient if going between Napa and Sonoma. Will definitely plan to stay here when we return."

"We had to fill a gap before our flight for two nights and this was a lovely spot. beautiful view from the deck, lovely patio, privacy and close to the market and coffee bar. And on the quiet end of the waterfront in Sausalito. Just fit two adults upstairs and one teen on the downstairs pull out. There are lots of stairs up, which was not a problem for us. Charming."

"This is a fabulous neighborhood. Great location. A few blocks from Golden Gate park. Beautiful (Safe) street. Best of all you can park in the garage!! In SF that is amazing!!Lovely 1 bedroom apartment, with large living room which has an extra bed, couch, table perfect for two. "Kitchenette" has sink, small refrigerator/freezer, toaster, microwave, coffee maker, hot water pot, utensils, cutting board etc. Perfect for accommodating snacks and take out meals. You're not going to full on cook here...
