"Rooms are decent but there is no microwave, which i thought was a big deal. The plumbing seems old; poor water pressure for the toilet and shower. Also, if it's a resort, you'd think there would be a washer & dryer on the grounds, but there wasn't! Also, there is NO ICE MACHINE. You have to get your ice from the restaurant, which is not ideal to have to ask. Nice shuttle service to downtown and the grounds are kept very clean. "

"Parking located under our room.very close to pool and beach with stairs from our porch to beach area. Pool bar and restaurant very convenient and prompt staff. Definitely will be back"

"Great property love the old feel, didn’t realize it used to be a cigar factory before. The pools are so nice and the property was adorable. Very close to the action of key west. The staff were so friendly and kind. Very clean."

"Convenient area, walkable to most attractions, clean, quaint. The only down side is the cost of stays in the Keys is expensive, when you just want a clean place to sleep while you explore the area it’s frustrating to spend over $350 just to sleep. "

"The property was nice but was old. Very clean and bed slept great! The only thing that I feel needs to be addressed is the pillows. They were paper thin and didn't support good sleep. I suggest supplying the rooms with thicker pillows. Otherwise, loved the stay!"
