"The stay was enjoyable overall, good food and nice place, clean kids area, very beautiful surroundings. However, we had a few issues. Our room was full of insects. Very huge bugs which are spread around the whole area where the hotel is located were constantly appearing in the room. The water in the pool could be warmer, especially for the kids area. "We stayed at the standard room with breakfast + dinner option. The dinner was disappointing. The breakfast was ok but if you get a chance, stay next door, at the hotel Posta. It’s much better. The bed wasn’t very comfortable. We didn’t go to the spa as it seemed very busy and the spa area smelt of chlorine a lot. The hotel was very busy as it was a peak season. "For skiing nearby, once still has to walk a lot or use the car to get to nearby parking spot in case the nearby lift is closed. "

The hotel is located at a busy traffic circle, with the nicer area of town about 600 meters away, along a poorly lit street. No restaurants in the immediate area, other than in the main part of town. "For our needs it was a very good hotel. Clean, reasonable breakfast, nice swimming pool. The hotel is geared to families with small children, which we are not, but it was nice to see all those lovely kids. Not enough English speaking channels on TV."
