"Kids had a great time swimming . The check on was awful with a huge line. Could’ve been taken care of through email before arriving, could have also let people know they needed a license plate. "

"Inside hotel room was nice and clean. Good selection on the breakfast items. Front door to the lobby needed to be repaired. Front of hotel area was nice looking, but i parked on the back side and the dumpster area looked bad. Staff was nice. "

"The entire staff was friendly the entirety of my stay, which was multiple weeks, the pizza was fantastic and they even offered to let me go in for breakfast early since I had to be at work before breakfast hours. I will definitely be back if I work in the area again!"

"It was absolutely perfect, from the moment we were greeted by the person at the front desk to last moment we were saying good bye. We were only staying one night and didn't know what to expect but the price was right and the access to the Skywalk were the reasons we chose Hyatt Place. Now we are staying there again because of everything else. The room was large and clean. The bed was very comfortable, and the free breakfast was spot on. Great job and thank you!"
