Cute House in quaint southern Indiana, just across the river from downtown Louisville

Less than 15 minutes from downtown Louisville, enjoy everything the area has to offer while returning to a cute hideaway tucked within beautiful New Albany, IN!

Beautiful hardwood floors and fresh appliances, along with sunny views of the neighborhood abound. Treat yourself to a meal in the dining room, relax on the plush loveseat sofa or in the leather recliners while catching up on your favorite programs on Roku, or enjoy a relaxing shower or bath in the oversized tub (includes bathing amenities). Parking includes streetside access as well as a single parking slot for small vehicles. The master bedroom includes a queen sized bed, and the second bedroom a full sized bed, and there is ample yard to enjoy outdoor activities.
