"I have been visiting Eureka Springs several times a year for over a decade and have now stayed at Sundown cottage 3 times. The location is great and within easy walking distance to everything. Other pros: a full kitchen, nice stone patio in the back, smart TVs, parking right next to the front door, comfy bed. The only small negatives for me would be that I really like having a tub and there’s a shower only and I barely had enough hot water for a shower. There is also a lot of street noise...

"We loved On The Rocks Cottage! The house and grounds are beautiful and quiet. We enjoyed relaxing on all of the patios. The extra fridge in the laundry room was incredibly helpful. Easy access to go places nearby. The marina across the lake was great to rent a boat from. There is a path from the cottage down to the water to swim/fish - it’s a little tricky to navigate but once you get to the bottom there is a great flat rock spot in the cove. "

"The property was in okay conditon but not 100% clean. There were beetles, earwigs, and the doors, windows, and bathroom could definitely use a coat of waterproof sealant to prevent water damage. It's cute as far as furniture and decorative touches. The main bedroom walk in closet is huge, but the bedrooom door sticks and will not close or latch. I would say it is a good value as to the nightly rate, but would be happier if it were a bit cleaner and without bugs. I would stay here again but...

"We loved the property. It is so cute and well decorated. We didn’t walk down to the lake but you could see it through the trees since there were no leaves this time of year. All of the appliances were new and top of the line. Bed was very comfortable and great pillows. Perfect for a family of 4 with the cozy twin beds in the guest room. Shower was warm and had great pressure. House was clean, but not deep clean. The shower tiles were dingy. We didn’t love the drive from Holiday Island to...

"The house was very clean. The kitchen was nice and we ate at a restaurant, that is only a short distance away, with really good food and friendly staff. The home is close to a boat launch that allowed us to launch our boat and enjoy most of our time on the water. I would definitely stay here again!"
