"Can’t beat the location, love that area. Large home, lots of space. We traveled with families that had small kids and bigger ones, it was great for all of us. "The condition of Tom's place is pristine. Having the bedroom/living area separate from the kitchen was a nice design. The spaces are brand new. He's still working on the back yard which when completed will be a major a major benefit also. The location was perfect: a quiet neighborhood, walking distance to the Elfin Forest or to town.
