"The nightmare began on check in after traveling all 2 1/2 days to get there, the front desk had no record of us, it took about 40- 50 minutes (after a 1 1/2 drive to get there) to contact the owner to verify we rented the place. "Franklin and Yamiris were our hosts, they made sure that we were well taking care of, from the check in until the check out time.
