A unique, attractive, boutique-like facility with lots of attention paid to detail appearance. Very nice, stylish rooms. Excellent very helpful staff (limited English speaking). Somewhat “strange” partnership with neighboring facility where connecting ponds water features are located (a fair walk, especially the return uphill). Fairly isolated and difficult to get to with very limited activities.

We wanted a vacay on a budget so when we booked this we knew we were booking a 3 star resort and had those expectations in mind. The hotel and food were what we thought it would be given the rating and price point. The happy surprise were the desserts! The cakes were always amazing and I’m not a big sweet fan, but I ate dessert every night there! Now for the cons; the VIP bracelet is $45/day and not worth it. It gives you access to the Bali beds in the VIP area, but good luck getting one. It gives premium drink service in the VIP area but during an entire day in the sun we saw the VIP server maybe 2-3 times. VIP also gets you access to the VIP lounge with “a special breakfast buffet until 11am and a special snack bar starting at 3pm”. Both were disappointing to say the least. The “breakfast” was a super basic continental set up, and the 3pm VIP snacks were 2 choices: a deep fried ravioli and the second was some sort of breaded or battered meat. We couldn’t decide if it was chicken or fish. Second con; the walls are paper thin and you will hear everything. The resort is exactly what it appears to be and for the price, totally reasonable.

Pools were awesome. Weather was great. Food options were plenty, but taste and service needed much improvement. Rooms were large, clean and serviced impeccably.

We visited again February 2025 and it again did not disappoint. The facilities were amazing and the staff was very attentive. Our two young children enjoyed the mini club. Sandra and Dinora were absolutely amazing with the kids, and kept them engaged in many fun activities both in the mini clubhouse as well as on the pool deck. The entertainment staff kept us very busy. We participated in more of the activities this time around and we were glad we did. Alfred and Genna made sure that we would never bored and we loved interacting with them. Many of the staff members that we encountered on our last trip there two years ago remembered us, which made us feel very comfortable and at home.

Beautiful property, room was spacious, bed was soft, and views were amazing. Food leaves room for improvement, basically average nothing exceptional, wished it was better considering what they charge. Pool is rather cold and hot tub is not heated at all, it's just as cold as the pool which was disappointing. Beach was incredible, over all we really enjoyed our stay. Staff is exceptional.
