This is an historic 100-year-old Italianate building with some of its grandeur still intact. This top floor condo has an unobstructed ocean and city view framing the lovely Queen Mary, yachts, cruise ships sail boats, parasailing, you name it as they come and go. It's the only condo in the building with this view. The windows are huge in the living and dining room with an incredible ocean breeze coupled with your ceiling fans, it's all you need to cool off. This nearly 800 sq. ft. condo was recently remodeled. All the rooms are a pretty good size. There are blackout curtains in your condo as well. There is enough room to sleep multiple people. Downtown is 1 block south with a very large movie theatre, shopping at the Pike mall, food trucks, and entertainment; you name it. Speaking of the convention center, its within walking distance of the condo on the same street. Exit the building and turn right, go about 3 blocks and you are there. Lots of restaurants to choose from all up and down Ocean Blvd. The beach and the boardwalk are also within walking distance where you can enjoy a harbor cruise or charter your own boat. There is always entertainment on the board walk as well. You won't be disappointed on the variety of restaurants and shops you will encounter. Most everything is within walking distance; you can even visit the actual Queen Mary Ship. All the above mentioned, you can see right out of your windows. The building is very quiet.
