Poorly Equipped, Gross Tub, Cheap Furnishing, Good location
The apartment is “bare bones” equipped. Basis necessities that we would have expected in a luxury apartment in Marina Del Ray were not provided. No trash can liner bags, no dish towels, no toilet paper, minimal cooking pans, absolutely no cleaning supplies, broom, or vacuum. Bedroom furnishings are “IKEA quality” and are not appropriate for an apartment of this price. The bed side tables could not be cheaper, (one drawer doesn’t have a bottom) and there is very limited bedroom wall décor. When we arrived, the bathroom sink was plugged, the cheap bathroom ventilation fan made lots of noise. The tub had black mold around the perimeter that I was able to wipe with a Q-Tip. There were stains in the tub covered by a mat that was old. The tub was GROSS. When we arrived the WIFI did not work based on the access code given and the TV was not working either. Both were fixed in time. The master bedroom bed is broken at the foot of the bed in the center which was never fixed after several complaints. The foam beds are also very hot and uncomfortable. The bed in the second bedroom is particularly bad and needs to be replaced. The hot water in the kitchen, shower and the bathroom sink takes at least 3 to 5 minutes to provide warm water. I would not recommend this apartment.
