This mid-century modern home boasts three bedrooms, three full bathrooms, and fantastic views and entertaining spaces, is here waiting for you! The abundant natural light, spacious living room, walls of windows, and curing staircase leading to the second family room and additional two bedrooms all provide an appealing and impressive environment for your vacation.
You will definitely enjoy the stylish and fully equipped kitchen, with stainless steel appliances and a gas range that makes cooking a breeze! The main floor has a large fireplace at the center of the home designed to maximize the incredible skyline views. On the main level, a full bathroom shares access to the main floor bedroom outfitted with a queen bed and seating area facing the picture window. On the west side of the home sits the kitchen, also designed to have the chef looking out over the balcony to the view, and access to the two-car garage complete with a washer and dryer and supercharger for your electric vehicle!
The home’s split plan has two bedrooms off the downstairs family room. The first is the Master suite with a king bed, wall-mounted television, sitting area, cedar walk-in closet, full bathroom with jetted tub, its own TV, dual vanities, and a walk-in shower. The second downstairs bedroom offers a queen-size bed and its own en suite full bath.
The private master bedroom suite also has access to a stunning patio overlooking the hills of Glendale and the city below.
The professionally designed backyard, with oversize stone pavers creating a path to a fantastic covered seating area next to a gas BBQ, is perfect for dining or an outdoor get-together.

There is a traditional drip-style coffee pot and a toaster. Additionally, all the cutlery, tableware, and basic spices (sugar, salt, pepper, olive oil) are provided for your cooking needs.
PARKING: There is parking for ONLY 2 CARS. There is not space for additional cars. Please note this when reserving the property
