"It took too long to have hot water. I would turn on the hot water and then have to brush my teeth and hair before it was even slightly warm. Also, the lobby is under construction, so there was noise in the front of the hotel, which lent to a very less than satisfactory atmosphere. The one really nice thing was that they offered pizza and popcorn at 5 PM for the customers."

"Nice little hotel in quaint downtown Los Altos. Near shops and dining. Staff very friendly and accommodating. Missing ice access for rooms and ours did not have two bedside tables, otherwise very comfortable."

"This is a beautiful, clean property. The staff was great! Breakfast was good and the view while eating was amazing. The only complaints I have are you have to be a Marriott member to get wifi, and parking is expensive."
