"Place needs work with wholes in walls, needs a good cleaning, do not be fooled in the small print it says you have to pay extra for the master bedroom that is located in the annex however, in my booking it said included the annex and the manager asked for an extra $250 cash a night in order to open up the room. "This is a beautiful home with a lot of history. We were a group of 10 and were very comfortable with plenty of room. Only a 15 min walk to Old Town, a swimming spot right across the street ( a lot of stairs). Easy Uber stop two doors up by the bus stop/ flower shop. Eci the house manager was a lovely woman and always available if needed. I would highly recommend signing up for this one!!"

"We had an amazing 10 night stay in this beautiful villa. It has everything that you need, the air conditioning worked great. We sat and had breakfast every morning on the terrace. The supermarket was a couple of minutes walk away and had everything that we needed. The bus top is at the end of the road that takes you into Cavtat and Dubrovnik. The location of the villa was good, within easy reach of Cavtat, which is beautiful. The walk back up the hill is very steep so we tended to use a car or taxis. "It worked great for us since there were 5 people. Very unique location, but it was such a hike up the stairs every day, but that made in unique. It wasn't communicated that they only use what's app. Also no transportation provided "

"Marijo is a great host and his property is superb. The home is spacious, modern, and beautifully decorated. The large patio is a wonderful place for breakfast. The bus stop is an easy 5 minute walk. The buses are are frequent and drop you off at the entrance to the old city (15 minute bus ride). A marina is a very short distance from the house and a fun place to kayak. Three grocery stores are very near by. This rental in Komolac is the perfect relaxation spot after a day of exploring Dubrovnik."

Fantastic location to explore Dubrovnik and surrounding area or just chill by pool with amazing views or wander down to the beach which is 10 min walk down hill - water taxis and buses from Mlini are frequent so no need to hire a car .
