Only complaint is at 930 a.m. room service starting banging on the door waking us up and asking if we were leaving or not because they had to clean the room even though checkout was not until 11:00 a.m. This was aggravating to say the least but other then that stay was good."

"Staff at front desk was not real receptive during our checkin. Hotel floors felt unsafe on the 4th floor, and breakfast was mediocre at best. Juice machine had no juice, cream cheese packets were all open. "

"The checkin clerk was so helpful and pleasant! The quickest check in Ive ever experienced. Our room was very nice and the bathroom was updated and very clean. Shower pressure and shower head was amazing! I forgot my soap and they had Dove brand hygiene products avaiable to use, full size at that! Breakfast was excellent and hit and fresh every morning. It was very quiet and the bed and pillows are top notch. Coming back in July and will not stay anywhere else!!"
