"The staff is outrageous. I had the best check-in experience EVER. I travel a lot worldwide, and I have never had a so pleasant experience. The hotel area may appear a little weird at first sight, but it is convenient. It is a residential area with a few businesses around. It is less than a five-minute walk to the Queensbridge F subway line, which is ultra-convenient—10 minutes to Rockefeller Center or Bryant Park. I would return to this hotel. "

"I had a very enjoyable stay at the hotel. Staff was great, clean hotel, very nice looking. My only issue was to get to the parking garage. There was no elevators. You have to carry bags up the stairs perhaps in the future they could work on that other than that a nice place to stay, I will go back"

"Beautiful compact room with a great deal (thanks, Hotels.com!) though I would note the temperature in the shower could be difficult to moderate -- was either freezing or boiling. Not sure if its a NewYork boiler thing or what, but something to keep in mind!"
