Only criticism is regarding the TV not only did it not work but it wasn’t smart which felt slightly outdated within the overall quality of the place. Check-in was easy with friendly staff who were informative and professional. Location of the property was great with close walks to Tower Bridge/ Aldgate/ Whitechapel/ Wapping. "
