First and foremost, we would like to thank the staff of the Wilde for making our first time in London one to remember. We were very nervous about finding the right place to stay and we would not change our choice of being with the Wilde if given one million chances. What did we like?
1. Communication between us and the staff was seamless. They have a WhatsApp set up which made making requests so easy and not a single request went unanswered or unfulfilled.
2. We arrived early, about two hours before check in and were given our room right away.
3. The room was stunning and exactly as advertised. Very clean, spacious, with a great view through the floor to ceiling windows. For snacks, we had a wide selection. Drinks included waters, sodas, teas, and espressos which were restocked with a moments notice. Given that this was an apartment hotel, we had a mini kitchen but it was all one would need. Fridge, stove, microwave, and even a dishwasher.
4. The area was clean, safe, and very convenient for those looking to hit all of the major attractions. Very walkable. A driver is not needed to get across town, but all Ubers were able to find the hotel very easily if one didn’t want to walk.
5. The property offered so many complimentary items. Free umbrellas were staged at the entrance in case of rain. Complimentary alcoholic and non alcoholic beverages were placed out, fresh, every evening. Staff were order the elevator for guests and were polite at each and every interaction.
