Not easy to find, but once contacted great service getting instructions to get to and access apartment. Staff even called back to verify entry to apartment. Beds were not great, but were good enough for a weekend out with friends and only need a place to crash after a night out. Close to tube station and only a few stops away from central London. The front desk staff was very helpful (thanks, Cigdem and others!) with check-in and bag drop once we figured out how to call their office. The only major complaints with our room at 232A (where our room was located) were that the window coverings did not block the light from the large PFC restaurant sign and that since there was no air conditioning, we either had to choose between being hot or having the window open with loud London road noises all night.
