The neighborhood was nice, and the central location made it easy to visit various tourist attractions and shopping markets nearby. Our host, Roland, was very kind and offered us great suggestions for local restaurants and places to see. We were a large group of seven including our five month old grandson and our stay was over the Christmas period. Roland had provided a beautifully decorated tree for us and a very comfortable portable cot for our grandson as well as a festive hamper from Fortnum & Mason to welcome us. The accommodation provided large bedrooms and had two bathrooms which worked well and the kitchen was well equipped and in particular the large double oven which made cooking Christmas lunch a breeze. The location had a large array of convenient grocery shops, the underground station was close and both Primrose Hill and Hampstead Heath were in easy walking distance and beautiful spots for rambling .
