"The property is an only room apartment with an en-suite bathroom and another toilet. Enclosed dining room with French windows has a bed and has been called another room. There’s no proper ventilation in that room and it doesn’t block street light well so it’s hard to sleep in that room. There’s no communal bathroom. Everyone would need to go through the bedroom of the master bedroom occupant to get to the en-suite shower which is a huge nuisance to all and is against American building code. TV...
