Parking was okay. Staff friendly but not attentive to a complaint of sink not draining properly. Had to chase down staff to obtain fresh towels after five days. Trash not emptied. When asked to have trash emptied,we were told to secure the bag(s) and place it in the hall! Breakfast options adequate and fresh. Would not recommend for families.

A Great Budget Stay

A great stay for a one day shopping visit. Very friendly and helpful staff, hotel is a bit on the older side but what is there is clean and well maintained. This is reflected in the price but for pace to stay we thought it was great for our purpose.

The hotel was clean, and pretty empty which was nice. The fridge in the room was a nice size. Staff was friendly and always present. The bathroom door of our room was a sliding door that would not close all the way which was unfortunate but not the end of the world. Didn’t explore breakfast but the lobby was quite small so I don’t imagine there was much. The area around is nothing fantastic, Lockport doesn’t have too much to do. Close ish proximity to Buffalo and Niagara Falls though.

You Get What You Pay For

I booked cheap- and I guess got what I paid for… Lesson learned We literally had to kick the door open to get into the room. Kept the window open the entire time bc of the mustiness. The fitness room was useless- broken machines and obviously used for storage. The breakfast waffle was yummy

The people who work there were very nice. Our room smelled like dust and the door did not close properly. Also, the toilet kept overflowing. This place is in serious need of major upgrades and remodeling. I would not advise sending anyone there until the owners of the hotel invest time and money on remodeling and fixing the issues.

It was an okay stay

Bed was comfortable, toilets flushed, shower was hot and the AC worked. Staff was friendly and always available to assist. Sheets had stains. Need to remove the old stained chairs and lampshades from the bedrooms! There were no protein options for breakfast, mainly carbs, so no options for diabetics. The hotel is in need of maintenance. Our room had a very old pocket door for bathroom that was broken and would not completely shut. The window lock was broken in my moms room so the first floor window was open to outside with no screen (we got it to lock using a knife). Drapery is old, ripped and stained. First thing you see when you walk into the lobby is a 10Ft dead tree. Not all rooms have privacy locks on the door. Very poor lighting in the rooms. Mini fridge worked, but there was food left in it from a previous guest. They were unable to accommodate my mom with a room near the rest of the family, she was on the opposite end of hotel down a long smelly hallway (with a broken window lock), we ended up having her stay with another family member.
