"House was peefect for our Bayou experience. House has everything you need, just bring the groceries and detergents for laundry. Beds are comfy and the house is roomy with large bedrooms. We caught tons of fish and 5 crabs(just wanted to try it). Host was awesome, he checked in with us to make sure everything was great and even gave us local shrimp which were the best we have EVER had.. "

"House was pretty and location was stunning. However, the house had not been cleaned in a while: dead roaches/waterbugs/spiders in cabinets, nasty showers, and not cleaned toilets. Kitchen had the bare minimum as far as utensils and pans. etc. If your vacation plans are to cook as we do always do, may need to supplement with things you need. We had a good time and everyone made do. Don't think I have ever rented a place that had not been thoroughly cleaned by our arrival....guess this was our...

"The pictures of the place look cute. When we got there we were horrified! My family and I arrived to the property, and discovered the 3rd "bedroom" was a refinished garage without heat! It was 40 degrees that night. We also found mouse dropping in a different bedroom. We travel with pets so we had no other choice but to stay the night. We didn't arrive until after 9pm. When we woke the next morning there were cockroaches in the kitchen. We called the owner right away. He knew about the roaches...
