"Property was fine. The room was OK and the location was great for what we needed. My only complaints are the restaurant that’s inside. The hotel. Customer service was not great at all and they are renovating so we had to go up to the second floor check-in.. in addition, on the last morning while getting ready to check out, there was a roach crawling through the bathroom. "

"Walking distance to the Space Needle and the Chihuly Glass Garden. There are a few bar and restaurant options within walking distance. A little disappointed in the cleanliness of the room but it wasn't something to go out of my way to complain about. Their breakfast options were great and you get hot coffee, tea and water 24/7. Overall the staff were friendly and informative."

"There is nothing anywhere that tells you where everything in the hotel is. The only way you can find any information is by using your phone on a QR code which only leads you to the hotel website. Apparently there is a swimming pool in the hotel, but I couldn’t find it and there was nothing that told me where it was. Surely it would cost them very little to leave a sheet of paper saying where things are so you don’t need to waive your phone around a QR code that leads you to a website that...

"Check in at 4pm, room was not ready, I find that annoying as this is not a cheap place. The room was not a city view it is a brick building view. No city. You get two coffee pods and that’s it. The service was fine. The valet team was exceptionally kind and fast. Pros- close to everything to walk. "
