The staff was friendly & helpful. I could see the Castle from my balcony & the bed was comfortable. I loved the brunch. The chef served fresh eggs & pancakes daily. The pool was fantastic & there was live entertaining every night. Definitely one of the best places to stay in Lloret de Mar.

The property was clean but all the furniture needs updating, some chairs were broken, the one in our room was dangerous to sit on. The property is located in an amazing setting! Beautiful views, great outdoor and indoor common spaces! Pool is great as well and all other restaurant and bar facilities! However- the rooms are a completely different story! Small, dark and full of moisture! It’s a shame that a really nice property like this doesn’t have matching rooms to the overall feel!

The hotel common facilities are really beautiful. Staff is very friendly. Be aware that 95% of the room pictures they use are from their special rooms (not standard room). Cleaning was disappointing - dust in the AC and the balcony was so dirty that was impossible to use.

Nice location but parking costs 15 euro. However , even so, next day my car was covered in 3mm thick dust from the hotel construction work, I just asked if this is normal and the guy at the reception said kind of yes… I should check with the lady next day which I didn’t want anymore. The toilet button didn’t work properly… but actually the hotel is beautiful and stylish ,staff was nice and breakfast buffet very good.

Was surprised by the high reviews on this property so I decided to give it a chance. It is cheap, but you get what you pay for, and nothing more. I booked a two bed room months in advance and when we arrived they said they were sold out of that room. The room they put us in looked like it hadn’t been cleaned in months. I wore my shoes in the room because my feet would get so dirty if I didn’t. It was also moldy and musty in our bathroom. They charge you for use of safe in your room. The housekeeping also entered our room multiple times without announcing themselves and would often do it so early, it would wake us up. Staff was extremely unfriendly and quick to rush you out as well. The landscaping is beautiful and that would be my only positive comment.

The suite overlooking the Mediterranean was fantastic, the breakfast was top-notch, and the staff was friendly. If I could improve one thing it would be the front desk's ability to help one customer at a time. The gal at the front desk working the late shift kept going back and forth between myself and an undecisive group of people that kept asking questions while I waited for my room key. I know it's Europe, and patience is a virtue, but a 20-minute check-in near midnight when all you want to do is sleep does test your patience. I didn't complain since the receptionist really was doing her best, was absolutely professional and warm, but just didn't prioritize customers properly. I hesitate in even bringing it up. Other than that, my stay was very pleasant.

De la moisissure au plafond, un abat jour complètement défraîchi et effiloché, deux lits simples qui ne cessent de glisser pour un lit double demandé, des meubles qui ont plus que vécu, pas de petites cuillères pour le dessert, un minuscule parking payant 14€.... et on affiche 4*!!! On parle d'un Palace??? Cest loin, très loin d'être le cas. Vraiment décevant.

Mugg på vegger (Mold on walls)
Det var masse muggsopp på veggene. Vi fikk oppgradert rom etterpå så på en måte god service og hyggelig dame i resepsjonen, men dette var så mye mugg at det er helsemessig risiko på det første rommet, og når det i tillegg var så åpenbart lett å se, så har de faktisk visst om dette, og likevel tildelt oss rommet.
