Our lake house includes all the comforts of home in a quiet off-main street community with private off-the-road parking. Paddle board, 2 kayaks, 3 bikes, cornhole, Kanjam and fishing poles are all available for your enjoyment. Perfect low traffic, 1 mile street along the lake which is great for long walks or bike rides.

From the private driveway you enter the home onto the main floor leading directly into the kitchen with all the modern conveniences of home. Island seating for 4, perfect for a quiet coffee break, breakfast or evening games. To the left, there is an open dining area which includes a large table and benches with enough seating for 10.

To the right, a cozy living room has a large comfortable sectional sofa, lake decor and flat screen TV to enjoy after a long day on the lake. The living room exits to an enclosed porch that can be used for quiet time as office or reading room. Futon can be used for overflow guests.

Lit outdoor patio includes seating area with gas fire pit and grill.

This ranch includes 2 first floor bedrooms. BR1 includes a queen bed with flat screen TV. BR2 includes a queen bed.
