Decor in rooms is in serious need of a refresh. Chairs in the room were very dirty - lots of stains. Breakfast was mediocre for the price. Staff pleasant and helpful but overall this was a poor hotel experience and we won’t be back. Very poor value for money. £200 per night for me and my young son and it simply was not worth anything close to that price.

The staff were helpful, the room and bed were good size. Need's a little maintenance. ie In the food area ripped chair/seating area* . Overall we enjoyed our stay and would stay again.

Clean, tidy but in need of essential maintenance
Easy and friendly check in. Room clean but needs maintenance. Toilet cistern overflowing, signs of water leaks through ceiling, marks and holes in walls not to mention the picture hanging half off the wall. A few simple maintain could have resolved. For a silenced room i could still here fans in ceiling above with my own aircon turned off as well as nearby room noise.

Two night stay
Check in was quick and staff very pleasant and helpful Quiet Location Room good size but dated.. Mould in the window and it got steamed up. Bed Comfy and Clean Stubbed my toe on the thick strip where the carpet met the laminate flooring. Nice bathroom but couldn't adjust the temperature of shower..it was way too hot for me. Shame there previously has been a small fridge but no longer there Free waters and plenty of teas and coffees in the room. Pool and spa a little shabby and pool was freezing Lastly l had to go to floor 3 for some ice and l was on floor 9 !

29th July 2024 Rm 9021 I booked a room with a king sized bed. I received 2 singles. These beds were not securely coupled together, and on occasions actually parted resulting in a substantial gap, wide enough for a limb to fall through. I have just had extensive reconstructive surgery to my shoulder so the last thing I needed would have been my shoulder to become trapped between the 2 beds. Because of the disregard to detail ie the bed not being securely coupled and as a consequence obvious poor standards of H&S it is with regret I will not be returning to the Radisson blu Liverpool.

Well located hotel near the centre of Liverpool. Room was a bit garishly decorated but comfortable. Only negative observations would be no room fridge (presumably to improve green rating of the hotel and/or make you order room service instead but it's just inconvenient); the fact that the building only has 2 lifts servicing 500 plus guest rooms which led to delays during our stay; and no on-site car parking meant we had to shell out £37 for 2 days parking down the road. Otherwise would recommend it for anyone visiting
