From the staff to the location in Cincinnati truly treated us great! We cannot wait to come back this was a great weekend getaway everything was just perfect. Thanks for the wonderful time."

"The room felt like it was missing furniture. There was no table or ottoman by the chairs. Half of the lights in the room were not working. In the mornings there was no hot water, or even warm water for shower. Not having a breakfast is a choice, but it will influence my decision on where to stay next time. "

"The hotel rooms were really nice and clean. Decorated very nicely. Parking in the garage and idling the skywalk is $30 instead of using the valet. The bar was packed and they didn’t have enough bar tenders so we just left instead of ordering. The restaurant was closed on Sunday morning which was a bummer because no one told us the when we checked in. But overall would say again!"
