"We were able to escape the craziness of NYC with just a 2 hour drive. Highly recommend!"

"The home and property were the perfect place to spend Christmas. There were two bedrooms on the first floor and three more on the second floor. We had a wonderful time. I was able to bake and prepare many special meals and goodies. The host had a few beautiful decorations for the holiday which gave it a feeling of home. The Christmas tree farm behind the property was picturesque for the season and the neighbors had lights in their trees and around their home."

"My friends and I stayed at aunty Phuong's farmhouse for a weekend, and it was the perfect spot for our little fall foliage getaway! The farmhouse was really cozy and had the perfect dining table for long nights of board games. The kitchen was well stocked. However, make sure to bring your own plastic wrap/tin foils if you anticipate needing these. The property also had a pond nearby, a swing set, and a zipline, all of which made our stay fantastic. "I'd describe the house as elegantly eclectic. The owner is clearly a collector of interesting items which they arrange in a way that enhance (rather than potentially clutter) the interior. The kitchen and living spaces are open and easy to mingle around. The four bedrooms and three bathrooms easily and comfortably accommodated two couples and two singles. Our stay could not have been better! "

"This was my second time staying at the Farmington Inn. It’s a nice, well-maintained hotel to begin with but they do it up extra nice for Christmas. I LOVED the touch of free charcuterie and wine in the lobby and the comfortable sitting area with art books to browse. Every staff member I interact with is kind, professional, and eager to please. The complimentary breakfast is very good, and the cafe is charming. Fitness center is kept very clean and equipment is brand new. The surrounding area is very safe and walkable with a couple good coffee and dining options. Would stay here again in a heartbeat."
