Interesting location, but basic amenities were not functional or insufficient. I don’t think it fits the Vrbo idea of home away as it was a company not a host and the staff were rude and unhelpful when we were unable to enter the apartment due to their error.

We had a fantastic stay here. The owner provided invaluable information and assistance. The location was perfect, conveniently close to all the attractions we wanted to see. We would definitely stay here again.

Great apartment but noisy.
The apartment was a great layout with 2 bedrooms and 2 bathrooms on separate floors which was great. The view was wonderful of the harbour and cruise ships. However, the apartment had no air conditioning and with the windows open there was a great deal of street noise from cars and busses. Also, the area seems to be a nightlife area and there were a lot of loud drunks making noise late into the evening.

Déception du logement
Déception sur le logement ; plusieurs rideaux roulants étaient cassés sans que nous soyons informés. Donc les nuits très compliquées car réveil très matinal. L'appartement n'était pas complètement propre. Problème de clés à noTre arrivée car on nous demande de récupérer les clés à l'agence obligatoirement sauf que celles-ci i n'étaient pas disponibles. Nous avons donc dû nous rendre à l'appartement sans les clés et attendre qu'on nous les apporte ! Une course Uber pour aller à l'agence (inutilement) plus une course pour revenir de l'agence à l'appartement et attendre devant la porte. Le tuyau de douche fuyait et le réfrigérateur n'était pas dégelé et faisait beaucoup de bruit. Très déçu de l'état de l'appartement.

L'appartement est bien situé. Bien rénové, propre, très belle vue sur le Tage.
Gros problème à l'arrivée. Nous n'avons pas eu les bonnes clés. Heureusement, le locataire de l'immeuble nous a ouvert l'accès à l'immeuble et le centre d'appel a pu nous fournir un code d'accès à l'appartement
