"The staff are fantastic. It's exceptionally clean. There are limited restaurants in the area unless you enjoy fast food. The whole downtown area is not conducive to ' going for a walk. ' The hotel is impeccably maintained. However, with all construction going on downtown it's very difficult to get around. Two bridges are being worked on so it's difficult to meetings unless the are in the downtown core. "

"The room was good and not too high up. Nice there was an elevator to avoid having to carry suitcases up to the lobby. Dining room was nice, Adrian was an excellent waiter. The live entertainment was unexpected and very nice. Cleaning service did a good job in the room. Very happy overall. I would stay there again. Thank you. "

"Great location, comfortable bed with good crisp linens and towels. Rooftop bar is an added bonus with a popular happy hour. Staff are friendly and eager to please. Only had breakfast once in restaurant…it was fine but there are better choices around. Would stay again…highly recommend. "

"The 5 sails restaurant was outstanding. Also the bartenders at the lobby bar were so friendly and helpful. Bed were so comfortable; i slept like a baby. Then convenient, interior walkway to the conference center, i didn't need my coat."
