"I fell in love with this cottage the moment we pulled into the driveway. I knew the second I stepped inside we were in for a magical stay, and we were. We adored everything about this dreamy old gal. My favorite thing was the porch for morning coffee and afternoon happy hour. It is centrally located between Belfast and Camden so you will never be short of things to do. That is if you can talk yourself off of that dreamy porch. "

"The house was lovely, very clean, well stocked, and a great location on a quiet street. Nice area for walking, and convenient to many attractions. Overall I would give it a great review except for the view. The pictures showed a nice open view of the river, but because the trees and shrubs need to be trimmed you loose 80% of the view shown in pictures.That was my only disappointment. "

"Very clean and well stocked property. All communications with David were prompt. I’ve been to the Samoset several times and the views are awesome however this property is not oceanfront nor does it have an ocean view so it was somewhat of a disappointment. Still you’re very close to all the Samoset amenities and a short drive to Rockland, Rockport, and Camden. "

"Such a beautiful property! Our flight got a bit late and Alex and Siobhán were gracious and kind. They met us with the keys and went over the information needed. Because it was dark when we arrived, we were so amazed to see the beautiful views when we awoke. We were close to shops and amazing restaurants. I would definitely recommend!"

"We really enjoyed our 5 nite stay in this beautiful waterfront home overlooking Monroe Island and beyond. The highlight of this home is the stunning view from every room, with even a glimpse of the Owl Head Light - look thru the sliding door & across the harbor. The home has been nicely updated with hardwood floors throughout and is very comfortably furnished, well equipped and maintained. We look forward to (many) return visits! Note for Verizon wireless users - reception in this area...

"This is a very nice, clean ranch style house that is a short walk from the harbor. It is very quiet and comfortable lodging. The area is extremely safe and very pleasant to go for walks. There is quite a bit to do in this area especially if you like lobster, rugged shorelines, foggy mornings, and smell of a fresh sea breeze. The only thing I would point out is that the living room and the kitchen are at different levels, so you have to be careful that you don't fall when walking from one to...

"Myself, my parents, in laws, husband and two daughters all adored this property and our week in Blue Hill. The house is gorgeous with plenty of room for everyone - large spaces to be together and nooks and crannies for a private moment. The setting is spectacular - we launched kayaks right from the lawn and paddled to the Blue Hill rock to jump into the bay. "Home was tucked away, but easy to find. Home was very clean, and fit our needs. It appears the home got new floors and trim, and somehow in the process the door jams got messed up. Most of the doors will not close or closed very hard with the door rubbing on the jam. Don't overlook that there is no TV. This wasn't important to us, but may be for others. "

"The house is new, absolutely immaculate and filled with light. The fully equipped kitchen was a joy to work in. The proximity to both Belfast and Camden was a huge plus. Our 2 dogs loved the open grassy field! A very friendly neighborhood too."
