Huge, panoramic views of Surf and Sand throughout this open and spacious home. Great Whale Watching, Sunsets and Wild surf storms from this 3 bed, 3 bath. Upscale, romantic king master, 2nd king bedroom, 3rd queen bedroom also with unobstructed ocean views & queen hide-a-bed. Open concept floor plan with plenty of space for your family or group to enjoy meals together, as well as rest & relaxation. Dining table seats 8, big flat screen, gas fireplace and kitchen opening to a big deck with picnic table and hot tub overlooking sand and surf. Separate gathering area upstairs for reading or games! Bedrooms are large with beautiful new furnishings. Perfect home for a romantic get away with adults, or a great family trip. Beach access is a 15 min walk or 3 minute drive. Great beach for hunting the tide pools, kite flying or jumping the waves. Max 8 guests . We work hard to make sure every surface has been sanitized and provide contactless check in.
Please avoid Single Night Gaps during Spring Break, July & August.

Gorgeous beach house with all the amenities
Spent a long weekend here with my partner and two other couples. House was impeccably clean and beautiful. Each of the bedrooms were lovely, with comfortable beds and nice linens. Kitchen was wonderful and fully stocked with dishes and everything we needed. Panoramic views of the beach and a great hot tub. We'd love to return.

This house was everything I had hoped for. Views were awesome! Everyone was comfortable with plenty of room. Kitchen was well stocked (I made a pot of fresh seafood chowder which was perfect for a rainy evening - shout out to Barnacle Bill's) Will definitely recommend this house & look forward to returning!

These views are even better in person!!! Simply amazing!!! I really enjoyed sitting upstairs reading and watching the surf! We were initially told that the dishwasher wasn't working so we handwashed everything the first night, but later learned it was fine. Hot tub was awesome...had the weather been better we would have used much more. Kitchen was stocked with everything.Bed was comfortable and plenty of various spaces to enjoy separately. Thank you for sharing your beautiful home!

Beautiful home with ocean views. Very well stocked kitchen,master bedroom is breathtaking! There was a few things they could fix. The garage door doesn’t work,the touch pad is broken. The light for the deck/hot tub was not working. Other than that,I would rent,again.

80th Birthday Celebration
The key code that was sent to us didn't work. We called the number that was provided and got a new code. There unfortunately was no BBQ to cook our steaks. I swear I read there would be one. I called A-1 telling them our predicament- no bbq nor roasting pan and they kindly brought us a pan. Beautiful and comfortable home!bbq and no roasting

60th birthday for my daughter was not so celebrated
Melu and dirt in all tracks of windows carpet was dirty, lost electricity One night wasn’t fixed till the next day sewage came up from the shower. We had to stop it from running all over the floor wasted one day waiting for plumber to come had to go down the street to use the restroom. Smoke alarm battery went dead with no other batteries to replace it. for what was charged for that house there should be some kind of warning of the difficulties, cause we later found out that the sewage problem has happened before

Beautiful home with an amazing view
The property was very peaceful and relaxing. The hot tub overlooking the sunset with the ocean was perfect. Property had quick access to the beach down the road. It’s a nice walk to get there or you could drive and park. Plenty of windows upstairs to view the ocean and we were able to catch sight of a whale while we were there. Overall, we enjoyed our stay very much and we would recommend this rental to anyone looking for a peaceful trip with an amazing view and quick access to the beach.
