"The cliff has fallen in and erosion is very close. The buildings look very old. The rooms need updating. The property says they are closing for remodeling. They need it. The location is excellent. Great views and access to the beach."

"We rented both houses to accommodate 40 people for a friend's 50th birthday party. The layout of the houses are great for large groups; tons of bedrooms and a bathroom in nearly every room, so very comfortable. The kitchens were well-stocked and the hot tubs were fantastic. Proximity to the beach was great! "Loved the location of this rental. Beautiful views from the hot tub. The beds were so comfortable. It was nice to have two bathrooms."

"Overall it was very nice and accommodated all our needs. We did have 3 small children in the group. The fact there were no screens on the upstairs windows is a hazard. For safety reasons, you really should get screens on them. Other than that, it was a great place to stay, and everyone I had contact with was very helpful."
