"While the town itself doesn't have much going on and was pretty abandoned, this stay was exactly what I needed. Safe parking, friendly owner, eclectic but clean room, and the most comfortable bed I've stayed in this week, even coming out better than fancy or chain hotels. I think the only thing I would change is possibly requesting that the AC be turned on before I arrive because it was very hot and took a while to cool down, as well as adding a vent to the bathroom to keep the heat and...

"The screened porch right on the water is the highlight - especially during the rainy day. We watched movies on the porch TV in the evenings after watching baseball and basketball throughout the day. This is not a big house, but the space works very well. All rooms are well laid out and well furnished - exactly as presented. This is our 4th place to stay on Lake d'Arbonne, and our favorite so far."

"Overall we had a good time. The dock was great, and very peaceful! The property managers were very easy to work with as well. We did have internet issues each day, which was a bit of a pain. It didn’t start working until about 10:00 a.m. once it started to warm up. The property is in a rural area, so I’m sure it is difficult to get reliable service. The cleanliness of the property could have been better as well. "
