"Very nice and clean property which looked recently renovated. The staff were decent from the front desk to the restaurants and pool. We did have a check-in delay of roughly 30 minutes which was not compensated for, but other than that no issues."

"Hotel is pretty and a GREAT location on Las Olas and the Riverwalk. Good breakfast but the coffee could have been hotter. Saw some tiny (microscopic bugs) around the coffee maker tray in the room."

"From the moment we came in we were greeted by the Bonvoy representative Rica and she was wonderful! She was so friendly and gave us the layout of the hotel and all the restaurants which made the check in a breeze. The view from the room was beautiful also. We had breakfast at Lona and the service was great also. The only thing I would say is that the elevators from the pool to cross over to the beach were not working so that was a bummer but everything else was so nice that we ultimately just didn’t worry about it."
