"It's a good hotel from the price value perspective. One minor thing is it doesn't provide parking. I used "STAR"[arling lot as the hotel guide. However, in the end, I had to pay in full when I went out because the parking coupon I had paid at the hotel had expired."

"The staff was amazing and the rooms were really nice. The bathroom had an awesome shower and a heated towel rack. The location was perfect! You are right by the Rialto bridge and very close to the water taxis."

"We loved the room, which is undoubtedly the most important part. With that being said.. upon arrival we walked into the Check-In area and the desk clerk was loudly arguing with another employee. The argument persisted for 10 minutes and we werent acknowledged until it was over. The check-in process was easy for us, but the hotel lacked professionalism."
