« Property was fine. There were hangers but no rod to hang them on. Also, no real place to hang wet towels. The shower doors do not really keep the water from leaking out and soaking the floor around the toilet. Other than these couple small things, the room was good. WiFi was pretty bad but not anything the owners can do about that. »

« My husband and I rented this house and were inspired by its close proximity to downtown Sarasota. « The property was clean and the king sized bed was comfortable. The couch was really four hassocks and was very hard and uncomfortable. Some of the other furniture was not as pictured and the bathroom was very small. There were stairs to the place that could use some work and steps up to the bathroomand bedroom. We would not stay in that neighborhood again and I don’t know why a gym was listed. We did communicate since we arrived late each evening. »

« I needed a quiet spot, walking distance to the beach for a brain break, and this property was just perfect. It was well stocked, had a quiet, peaceful private courtyard, and ample, comfortable space for me to work in and also sleep well and relax. »

« Highly recommend this property. Our unit was very updated and had a full kitchen with everything we needed for a comfortable stay. The beds were comfortable.
