"Our room was clean and they provided a free upgrade. Unfortunately, our door would not lock. They just had a new door lock system installed. They moved us to another room and all was well. Later on, we were accidentally locked out of our room. We were able to call and they unlocked the door remotely. Perfect! The service was fab, the continental breakfast was one of the best we’ve ever seen and it’s included with the room. We could not have been happier with this experience. This is a great, and much cheaper hotel than Hotel Northampton, and we will be staying here again the next time we’re in the area. "

"The front desk was super helpful. The girl let me check in early, and got me all set up in minutes. I was staying at a resort spa across town but needed to stay an extra night, which they couldn’t accommodate so I had to stay at this Quality Inn. I’ve never stayed at one before BUT the difference in cleanliness and layout from a 3-4 star rated spa resort was astounding. The spa resort on one hand was filthy, I found mold in that bathroom, the layout of the room was poor BUT at the Quality Inn (2 star hotel) across town I got everything I needed. On top of a clean bathroom, and easy parking. But it had a lower rating, and I DON’T understand why? Because between the two, I DEFINITELY, would stay at a quality inn again before I go back to the resort spa. "
