"Good hotel for families, but the pool has strange hours. It doesn’t open until 9am and the waterslides don’t open until 5pm because they have lifeguards on duty. It was disappointing for our kids. We wish the hours were more clear when booking the room. We likely would have chosen a hotel with a regular water slide that you can use all the time. "

He honored my request for a room away from any possible noise, and he was very informative on where to dine, where to buy gas, and how to get a ticket to an Edmonton Oilers game!
