"Wasn’t expecting much given the price, but this hotel was amazing! Clean with great customer service. Breakfast was really good more options than average hotel breakfast. Only con was elevator was broken and the working one was very slow "

"The staff was really nice and helpful. I stayed with my 2 kids for 5 days and we ate breakfast at the hotel every morning and went swimming at the hotel pool every evening. I ended up needing things like deodorant, cough drops, and laundry detergent. I literally found all those things in the lobby shop of the hotel. I did multiple loads of laundry and was psyched to see the washer and dryer were free. No quarters! We filled our water bottles every day at the filtered water fountain. We played a little on the pool table. The kids even worked out for an hour in the gym. And It's not even 15 minutes to Carowinds. Our trip could've been so much more stressful for me if the hotel weren't as great as it was!!"

"Fantastic hotel. I have two small issues: rooms dont have a microwave. Second issue is the gym- the treadmills face directly into windows that don't have shades with the sun blinding you if you work out in the evenings. Again, my issues are small...the hotel overall is super nice."
