Loved the access to food options & beach!!!!

The property was nice but the staff was always busy and no real Personal attention for the money you pay to stay there!

The day we arrived in late January it was quite chilly. The temperature in our room was in the low 60's. After returning from dinner, I called to figure out how to turn on the heat (nothing I tried worked), I was told there was no heat in our building. When i said that was unacceptable, it was much too cold, they said there should be a portable electric heater in the closet, but when I checked, there wasn't one. Upon further complaint about the cold they then offered to send up a heater and additional blankets for the bed, which arrived quickly. Not an ideal situation as I felt somewhat unsafe with an electric floor heater, but in the end the room did warm up. Satisfaction was low. The room was extremely expensive considering it did not live up to our expectations. I was shocked by the poor value and the fact that we were not told about the room's limitations prior to, or even upon check-in. It made us feel as if we were scammed. To make matters worse, we had to push for a solution as it wasn't readily offered when we brought the situation to their attention. Note that we are Canadian and are comfortable with cool temperatures, but this was unacceptable even by Canadian standards. Overall, very disappointed with value for price paid.

Room and bathroom were relatively clean, stains noted on bedsheets. Easy access to beach and pool. Resort fee was expensive, beach chairs were only limited for 2 people each which is inconvenient. Waited too long for an umbrella. Ocean view was spectacular, clean beach. Waves were strong. Staff were nice and accommodated late check-out.
