Disliked: Cleanliness, staff & service, property conditions & facilities, room comfort
inaccessible to foreigners
Located where foreigners need special permission to stay. Was given no notice of this in advance. Therefore could not stay at hotel and am still fighting to get prepaid amount refunded.
Stayed 3 nights in Jun 2017
