"This is a very new and funky hotel. The rooms and linens are HEAVILY scented. There is no coffee maker or machine in the room, so you have no option other than purchase their barista coffee or go out (Dunkin' Donuts around the corner). The room is controlled by an ipad that is finnicky at best. The air conditioning controls didn't work very well and the TV controls were delayed. The chromecast simply did not work. The small gym is nice (but small). This is certainly a step up from the Hilton...

"It was nicely decorated but could use some updates. Tub and furnishings were old wirh visible signs of wear and tear. Bathrooms are small and water pressure is weak. The Italian restaurant downstairs is expensive and the coffee is awful! The views of the park was nice and the staff was friendly. Damian feom security was the best at returning my lost items."
