"This was a great hotel to stay at for the 6 days we were in Chracao.It was very clean,safe to walk around, many restaurants to choose from and live music some nights if you wanted some night life.Overall, me and my husband having nothing bad to say about this hotel."

"This is review is for the Ocean suites side. There are 2 properties, one in which you can walk to the other or take the free 5 min shuttle. We enjoyed our stay. It was nice to be able to take the 8 minutes water shuttle (operated by Renaissance) to go the the Flamingo island! This island is a must! I would not recommend swimming in the lagoon in front of the Ocean suite hotel, by pool area. The water is still, there and seaweed, etc has a funky odor. Other than this, all was enjoyable, staff, bell hops were incredibly friendly and offered suggestions, including manager (Alvin) who helped manage an concern - highly personable. We would definitely return to the Suites side!"

"I booked this all inclusive without any prior knowledge about the resort or the area surrounding and couldn’t have been any happier! I see a lot of mixed reviews on here but overall I would definitely stick to the good reviews. I booked a deluxe oceanfront king which was definitely worth every penny. The view was amazing from our room. The drinks were amazing, the staff were amazing, the food was great! The resort was clean and tidy with staff cleaning common areas, and the beach/sand 24/7. Staff were also very quick to respond to any requests we had, even if we needed something late night. I didn’t know what I wanted to drink half the time so I told the bartenders they could make me anything with rum, and that they did! And the drinks were amazing! The buffet seems crowded but tables become available fairly quick. One regret I have is booking a private beach cabana for one of the days, it was great but was just a little too big for two people, would definitely recommend if you’re booking one for 4 or more people. Other than that 10/10 property would and WILL definitely be staying here again in the near future! "
