Great place to stay exactly as advertised. Had a a bad experience with one of the staff members, she was incredibly rude and very unprofessional. We checked in the morning, but our room was not available. We provided our passports and all the information that was needed. We were told that we were all set and only needed to come in for the key. Came in with our kids after being drenched in the rain. Asked for our key and there were two new people asking us to check in all over again. When I stated that I had already provided all of that information, the staff member started yelling and saying that if it was not clear that it was not the same person that had assisted us in the morning and we needed to do it again. They finally realized they made a They finally realized they made a mistake, but there was no apology for the raised voice and rude behavior. Other than that, the stay was fine and the other staff members were responsive and made our stay comfortable.

We booked the room at the top floor. It's beautiful and HUGE, with a great view of the canal. Loved it. Very romantic. Included breakfast is wonderful, fresh and yummy. Just one weird thing, the first cup of coffee is free but they charge for a second cup of coffee. At the price of this room why ask guests to pay for a second cup of coffee. Seems a little petty.

Beautiful hotel. But poor location, you have to walk atleast 20 min to get anywhere.

The staff was super nice. Specially Samuel who went out of his way to make us comfortable.

Avoid this hotel if noise bothers you. It’s OK for a night or two. The floors above and below seem to be wooden. All I heard was noise above me and loud foot traffic all day and night. Extremely noisy. I asked for a room change but this did little to help. Hard to get rest.
